One thing I learned today: Media fast was a great idea. I didn't realize how much over-communication was wearing on me and stressing me out. It's so incredibly calming to tune out the chatter.
One thing I'm grateful for: That I've learned to stop listening to anyone who tells me something will be too hard, isn't "normal," or suggests in any way that I will not be able to succeed. Suckerrssss!

One thing I learned today: I NEVER owe someone an explanation of why I am not going to consume a food or beverage I don't want. I decide what I put in my body, and it is nothing but rude to badger someone into having something that makes them feel crappy, no matter how insignificant you deem their reasons or the amount of the food in question to be.
One thing I'm grateful for: The freedom, tranquility and relief of (literally) turning down the chatter by stepping away from gchat and Facebook. You are not missed.
