One thing I learned today: I am reminded of the fact that removing refined sugar and carbohydrates from my diet is beneficial for a VARIETY of reasons, not the least of which is incredible quality of sleep and the ability to fall asleep faster than I have EVER been able to in my life.

One thing I learned today: Partying non-stop isn't all it's cracked up to be. Looking forward to my usual 5am/kale smoothie/long workout/meditation/calm day regimen again come Monday.

One thing I learned today: I realized my SINGLE biggest pet peeve is unsolicited advice. I absolutely cannot STAND people telling me what to do, whether or not they believe I've done enough work/studying/etc., telling me when to relax, giving me tips on things I didn't ask about, etc. I have been IGNORING said advice for 26+ years now and have been extremely successful in all my endeavors doing so (and quite happy to boot). Unless you are Barack Obama or a top neurosurgeon or the Dalai Llama, please do not tell me what I need to do/not do/should do unless I explicitly ask.
